Our
capabilities include permit inventory and planning, permit application preparation,
agency coordination
and negotiation, permit follow-up, public
hearing support, and regulatory compliance.
All
design, permitting, and construction drawings are professionally plotted on
CAD. We prepare
applications and drawings
for local land use (shoreline, conditional use, variance), building/clear
and grade; Washington State Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA), Washington
State Department of Ecology Coastal Zone Management water quality certification,
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist; federal ESA compliance
approvals, section 404 and 10 permits, as well as Section 7 consultation
with both the
United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the National Marine
Fisheries Service (NMFS).
We
work with a multitude of cities and counties throughout
the region. Our experience with these varied regulatory frameworks allows
us to provide realistic assessments of permitting timelines. Accurate
and well written permit applications and supporting documents, combined
with
the excellent working relationships we have forged with regulators, allows
us to provide realistic estimations of the probable requirements and
habitat enhancements required during the permitting process. We pride ourselves
on our ability to obtain permit approvals that satisfy the regulatory
and
environmental
concerns as well as provide our clients with the kind of waterfront use
and enjoyment they expect.
