All design, permitting, and construction drawings are professionally plotted on CAD. We prepare applications and drawings for local land use (shoreline, conditional use, variance), building/clear and grade; Washington State Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA), Washington State Department of Ecology Coastal Zone Management water quality certification, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist; federal ESA compliance approvals, section 404 and 10 permits, as well as Section 7 consultation with both the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS).
